Rosemont Hotel and Residences is a twin tower hotel and residential complex that is currently under construction on Sheikh Zayed Road. The hotel tower is expected to be 55 floors and the residential tower 53 floors.
Sheikh Zayed Road is an arterial highway parallel to the coastline that runs through Dubai. It is lined with numerous prestigious skyscrapers and iconic destinations. It also offers excellent connectivity to many of Dubai’s communities such as Downtown, Business Bay, Palm Jumeirah, JLT, and Dubai Marina.
