Rufi Golf Greens is a 25 floor residential tower under construction. The project faced numerous delays throughout its lifecycle and is currently classified as conditionally active by RERA.
Dubai Sports City is a sports themed community that contains a mixture of apartment buildings, townhouses, and villas. The community also features the Dubai International Stadium, a 25000 seat cricket stadium, as well as renowned sports training academies. As of 2018 the development is not completed with numerous buildings and features still under construction.
